The product is vacuum-packed with AIRBAG technology to maintain freshness and extend shelf life. Each package weighs 100 g sliced, 200g loin, 450g loin, half fillet sliced, with an optimal consumption period of 35 days, and should be stored at temperatures between 0 and +5°C.
