Giant sea spider or king crab legs fished beyond the Arctic Circle are treated with high hydrostatic pressure and then their shell is removed raw. Crab meat is deep-frozen by cryogenic freezing. It is suitable for raw consumption for sashimi, or for frying in tempura dough, or for frying in a pan. Do not re-freeze after thawing!
